Eyebrow piercing notice
An Eyebrow piercing is the thicker strip of tissue across and above the eye.
Typically pierced from above the corner of the eye, and inwards. Avoid piercing the eyebrow too near to the bridge of the nose as there’s a risk that you may pierce into a nerve cluster and this damage could cause partial muscular paralysis in the face. The first jewelry is sometimes a Ball Closure Ring or a barbell. Neither need be any more than 2mm bigger, in diameter or length, than the thickness of the eyebrow itself.
Micro jewelry can be employed but increases the examples of migration or refusal. Customarily 1.6mm gauge jewelry is satisfactory.
